The Narara Music Festival 2017 will be held on May 6 at Mt Penang Gardens in Kariong, NSW. The Narara Music Festival has never been held in Narara and has been dormant for the past 33 years as 1984 was the last time the festival was held. The organisers have said “There will be no folk, no alt-country, no electronica… just rock and blues” so for those of you who like blues and rock will be especially happy not to have to listen to the other genres which is common at many other music festivals in Australia. To pay homage to the original acts of Narara Music Festival, all the acts will play one cover song from the original lineup.

There is camping available, but limited to 600 spots so get in quick if you are planning on camping. The event is strictly no BYO which goes for the campers also. Tickets are available at TicketBooth, with some discounts for bundles of tickets.
