Beyond The Valley Festival is back for another year with a massive line up announced. The festival is in Lardner Park Victoria and will see the New Year in with some impressive acts. Topping the List is American rapper SchoolboyQ, British hip hop artist Stormzy and Australian favorite Matt Corby.

Sydney’s brand new festival to see in the new year has announced their lineup. The festival, NYE in the Park, will be held at Victoria Park, Broadway Sydney, which is easily accessible by public transport. Victoria Park is away from the crowds while still being in the inner city close enough for glimpses of the New Years Fireworks.

This year is the silver anniversary and will see headlines such as Flume, Fleet Foxes, Daryl Braithwaite, The Kooks, Liam Gallagher and US Hip Hop outfit Run the Jewels. The festivals begin in Lorne on 28 December and run to December 31st, with the Tasmanian festival starting a day later on January 29 and also running to December 31st. The Byron Bay festival begins on December 31st and goes to January 2nd, while the Fremantle festival held on two days, January 6th and 7th.

Party in the Paddock 2018 PITP – Feb – Tasmania
Party in the Paddock festival is back for another year between February 8 and 11 at White Hills in Northern Tasmania. The festival is a camping festival, however an extra vehicle camping pass for $15 must be purchased with a festival ticket for a vehicle to enter. Sydney City Limits – Feb 24 Sydney
Austin City Limits is billed to come down under the name Sydney City Limits, and will hit Sydney February 2018. The music festival is coming together under Secret Sounds from Splendour and Falls and US ticketing giant Live Nation. There are a heap of acts already announced plus more to come. There will be 30 acts spread out over four stages including internationals Justice from France and iconic alt rock Beck, The Libertines, Thundercat, and Pheonix. Local legends Tash Sulltana, Gang of Youths, Dune Rats, The Avalanches, and Vance Joy will also be there, so plenty of music to be had.

River Sessions Festival 2018 Mackay QLD June 30
River Sessions Festival in Mackay is back for another year with a handful of big names to rock out on the one day festival. The festival has had a three year hiatus but returns to the Queens Park in Mackay on Saturday June 30th. Acts include The Presets, Thundamentals, Dz Deathrays, and Glades. There will be plenty of food vans to choose from with 15 local boutique outlets. There are under 18s tickets available but patrons must be at least 15 years of age to purchase a ticket or enter the festival.
