Festival of the Sun or FOTSUN 2022 is back for a second installment this year after a previous event held in May. The Port Macquarie Boutique BYO Festival starts on Friday December 9 and runs til Saturday the 10th on the sands with art food and camping included at the beachside event. Camping is also possible from the Thursday at an extra charge. Staying in more comfortable accommodation is also possible with everything within an easy 10 minute walk. There is also VIP tix with covered side stage viewing area Friday and Saturday, staff managed cloak room, meet and greets Thursday and exclusive after parties 11pm-1am. Headline the music festival are a bunch of stela Aussie acts such as Peking Duk, Confidence Man, Vera Blue, Cosmos Midnight and a stack more. See below for the full lineup.

FOTSUN 2022 – Ticket Options

Camping and accommodation options, VIP upgrades, and car passes are all available at the same place. Tickets are around $250 for Friday and Saturday with camping on Thursday an extra $70. VIP upgrades are $130 or $600 for a full feature VIP ticket. Powered sites are $255 and accommodation starts at around $1000 for two people for three nights. Car passes are between $55 reducing to $40 at 6pm Thursday. Tickets go on sale August 11 at midday AEST. Under 12s are free but only one per ticket holder allowed.
