Ben Folds will play a run of Australian shows this November and December backed by Symphony Orchestras on their Ben Folds Australia Tour 2014. The American songwriter is no stranger to Australian orchestras – recording an entire live album with the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra back in 2005 – and he’ll bring the string treatment to songs old and new as the year draws to a close.

It’s also going to be the first time in a few years that you’ll have the chance to catch Folds in solo mode: he was last out here with the recently-reformed Ben Folds Five in 2012.
